This is why, simulation, modeling and computational biophysics approaches are taken to implement basic, experimental theoretical and statistical approaches to reveal their activities in time scales as low as picoseconds or less and with spatial resolution of nanometer and angstrom.
Understating the dynamics and activities of the membrane proteins at atomic and subatomic levels will pave the path to identify the cause of related diseases, improve the efficiency of drug delivery, design specific biosensors, and manipulate the malfunctioning proteins by remote and noninvasive means and so on.
In this workshop based on the expertise of the presenters the matter will be addressed by means of all atom, coarse grain, molecular dynamic, continuum mechanics and computational biophysics.
